Organic Jerk Seasoning
Native to Jamaica, jerk seasoning is traditionally used to season chicken and pork, but you can really use it on just about everything from fish and beef to shellfish and tofu.
To use: coat meat lightly with oil, then rub jerk seasoning on. You can do this just before cooking/grilling the meat, or a couple of hours before for added flavor.
Ingredients(items in red included in some versions of this blend): organic granulated onion, organic maple sugar, organic thyme, organic allspice, sea salt, organic black pepper, organic nutmeg, organic cinnamon, organic cloves, organic cayenne.
