
Organic Herbal Veggie Roast
Roasting vegetables is one of the healthiest and tastiest ways to serve them, and our veggie roast blends will bring your roasting efforts to the next level.
Our Organic Herbal Veggie Roast combines a variety of herb flavors with lemon granules, lemon pepper, and smoked sea salt for a truly unique and delicious roasting blend.
To use: add 1 Tablespoon +/- to the veggies of your choice, along with a little olive oil. Roast vegetables at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done, stirring once or twice to assure even cooking. For a fuller flavor, let veggies marinade in the herb/oil mixture for a couple of hours before roasting.
You can pretty much roast anything, but some of our favorite vegetables to roast include: potatoes, carrots, zucchini, peppers, eggplant, Brussel sprouts, cubed squash, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, beets and turnips.
Ingredients (items in red included in some versions of this blend): organic rosemary, organic thyme, organic oregano, organic garlic granules, organic lemon peel granules, smoked sea salt, organic lemon pepper.
