When/how will my order ship? We make every attempt to ship all orders out within 2-3 business days of receiving them, with most orders shipping out next business day. Occasionally an order will take a little longer if we need to order materials to complete it, but this is rare. If an order is going to take longer than 4-5 business days, we will notify you. How will my order ship? The overwhelming majority of orders ship via Priority Mail. If for some reason an order is so large that Priority Mail costs become prohibitive, we will ship the order by Priority Mail or First Class Mail. We can ship via Express Mail if you desperately need your order, but additional charges will apply. Do you ship to foreign countries? I'm afraid at this time we are only able to ship within the United States. How long does the potpourri scent last? While this will vary a bit depending on the blend, most of our potpourris will continue to hold a solid scent for up to two months. By refreshing blends with a few drops of refresher oil, a blend's scent will last indefinitely. Do you sell your products wholesale? At present we do sell the majority of our traditional potpourri blends via wholesale. Information on this program, including pricing and packaging, can be found on our YankeeScents Wholesale page. How do I return an order? We honor returns, either in part or full, for ordered items up to two weeks after the ship date. If, after examining your order, you are unsatisfied with any aspect of it, please get in touch with us within this time frame. We regret that we can not honor any request for returns after this two week period.
